Kristin Cavallari Says 'The Hills' Is The No 1 Show On TV
Hmmm. The new star of 'The Hills,' Kristin Cavallari, apparently met up with the E! Online Watch with Kristen people and was asked about the show's 30% drop in ratings this season (which some are blaming on the departure of Lauren Conrad, whom Kristin was brought in to replace).
[Kristin] insisted that The Hills "is the No. 1 show and we are doing really well.
"No, [the ratings] are not [down]! We had one drop because of the Hip Hop awards on VH1, but then they went up the next week."
Maybe Kristin means 'The Hills' is number one among MTV's reality TV shows? That, or someone needs to check in with those Nielson people!
Kristin also said it's unfair to blame problems with the show solely on her.
"At the end of the day it's not up to me to make a great TV show," she told us. "It's the whole crew, the whole cast. It's not just on me. I think to put all that pressure on me is pretty unfair."
Kristin does have a point there. Are you watching 'The Hills' this season? Do you like Kristin in the show?

Crap is right! Seriously-if this is a #1 show--For what demographic?--"High Maintenance-California Girls-using family money to get social status"? Isnt there enough of that fake crap on right now??? I would rather watch The Chipmunks Unplugged than this fake show.

i stopped watching when lauren left. i really can't stand kristin.
the only people i liked on the show were lauren, whitney, and lo. and now that lo is the only one still there i just can't bring myself to watch...

Well since it's MTV's #1 reality show Kristin can say that. But she's in serious denile. I remember seeing scenes when Kristen made her debute at the wedding. She was so smug. You could tell she thought she was going to be a huge star. She doesn't want to accept that nobody cares about her or the show anymore since it's so fake.

Laren was the ONLY interesting thing on the show (from the little I have ever watched..).... It really is the most boring show on earth.... what a snoozefeest, I hope its gone for good soon.
