Ashlee Simpson And Pete Went Are Selling Their House
Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are selling their house. The couple has put their $4.5 million home in Beverley Hills on the market after deciding it wasn’t “kid friendly” enough for their son Bronx. A source told Life and Style magazine:
"The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn't really have any yard. Now that Bronx is getting older they realized that really isn't a child-friendly house.”
"They are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children."
The four-bedroom house is built over four floors with swimming pool, gym, media room, gourmet kitchen and a master bedroom with his-and-her baths. Sounds pretty awesome to me! :)
The couple, who married in March 2008, bought the mansion in January 2007. $4.5 million huh? Wonder if they are going to take a loss in this market.

gee...she lost her job and now she's losing her home....hmmmmmmm.
Me thinks they are moving cuz she has no income cuz she sucks at everything she attempts. Plus his band is a flash in the pan so I doubt they are able to keep those digs over their head. Time to downsize to the level of mediocrity they so deserve.
Bronx is a fug ass little kid. I find there to be NOTHING attractive or cute about him

In California--I guarantee they will take a HUGE loss on home value. She needs to find income in a career other than singing or acting.
