We all know that Stephanie Pratt had a little too much to drink at Heidi Montag’s birthday party and was pulled over by police. After taking a breathalyzer test, ‘The Hills‘ star came up over the legal limit of .08. She was arrested and held on $5,000 bail.
Yesterday, Stephanie was “formally charged with suspicion of DUI ” and if convicted, could face up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
Well, 6 months would be for you and me – I’d say Stephanie will get 6 minutes at best. You know, it’s so CROWDED where the celebrities get booked.

Hohan has had numerous offenses and she hasn’t seen the inside of a jail. And she SHOULD.
I totally agree. I pretty much feel that way about all reality shows except those like Project Runway and Top Chef.
i doubt she’ll do any time. at least not over 1 hr if she has to do some time. celebrities get way too much special treatment.

I think she should do some serious hard time–but then I think all reality stars should be thrown in jail for impersonating someone famous. Maybe it is a good thing I don’t rule the world.

in Texas you can go to jail for the first offense.
I doubt she will go to jail unless California has a mandatory law. People usually don’t go to jail for the first offense. She’ll probably get probation considering she was just over the legal limit. Also you here all of the time of people who have 7 or 8 DUI’S and not going to jail or getting very minimal sentences.
Is she a celebrity? She should get jail time like everyone else.
