Whitney Port Gets Ready For Halloween

It looks like Whitney Port was trying out some new makeup looks while getting her hair done at the RUST salon in West Hollywood late last night. Perhaps it was for her Halloween costume? According to her twitter it sounds like Miss Port already went out and partied.

"Such a surreal night! such a blast! twick or tweet"
