It must be so much fun being Lady Gaga. It’s basically Halloween every day of the year for her. Here she is arriving to the 13th annual ACE Awards Gala held at Cipriani restaurant in NYC last night. Not only is her outfit off the wall, but it’s drenched in powder. If you enlarge the photos, you will see her hands and legs are also covered with the white substance.
Who else attended the event? Christian Siriano, Betsey Johnson, Molly Sims and Diane Von Furstenberg to name a few.

I was just thinking how nice she looked in that ‘SNL’ skit with Madonna a few weeks ago. She didn’t have the whole get-up for that moment in time and it was very refreshing. I’m sure one day the crazy costumes will stop.
And she looks shocking as always. But that is just what people want to see.
You hear everywhere that the media is feeding you these images but the truth is people want to see weird things. It is people that demand hot looking singers with crazy clothes. It’s not media’s fault. If you would simply turn off your TV, stop buying their magazines and stop listening to their music it will all go away.
And I am not talking bad about Lady Gaga here, she is a good singer and has a nice voice, and who knows if this is what she really feels like singing, but she does know that this is what people want. Maybe if people wouldn’t set these high standards of looks artists would just go ahead and sing and be successful and don’t have to worry about putting a freak show every time they go on stage just so they can have some media attention.
