Fact Or Fiction: Did Josh Duhamel Have A One-Night Stand With A Stripper?

Today is full of questionable stories about infidelities! This is one story I want to label fiction, but so many stories are now coming out, and where there's smoke there's sometimes fire... or just a whole lot of smoke. Here's the story: an Atlanta stripper named Nicole Forrester claims she had a one-night stand with Josh Duhamel.
Nicole reportedly was paid $20,000 by the National Enquirer for the story. She claims to have "racy" texts from Josh and to have passed a lie-detector test. Of course, lie detectors can be faked, and money is a powerful incentive to lie.
Nicole's lawyer says his client never planned to go public with the story.
"Josh bragged about what happened on the set of his movie [Life As We Know It], and someone called the Enquirer with the tip," [attorney Romin] Alavi tells Us Weekly. "The Enquirer then came to Nicole."
I have to ask: if that's true, then why did the Enquirer need to pay Nicole in the first place if they already had the story?
Josh and Fergie have both denied these claims.
"This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity," says Duhamel's rep. "This story is absolutely ridiculous."
A rep for Fergie adds: "These allegations are nonsense."
I love these two as a couple, and Josh seems like such an upstanding guy, so I really hope this is fiction. But what do you think: fact or fiction?

"I have to ask: if that's true, then why did the Enquirer need to pay Nicole in the first place if they already had the story?" They didn't "need" to pay her. They probably came to her and said, we're gonna print the story one way or the other so you might as well get on board and get paid. Just a theory. I believe it.

I'm surprised that this is such big news. Usually cheating rumors gets a little blurb if mentioned at all. But even People Magazine is covering it which makes me believe that this story may be true.

Hmmm, seems like the National Enquirer is always trying to come up such interesting headlines.

I'm going to say Fact on this one because it seem more realistic than the story about Chris Martin and Kate Bosworth. If you're married and famous and you're going to cheat, you don't do it with another famous person out in public, unless you are that Getty guy.

The Enquirer has been wrong before. Many times.

if its the enquirer, im going to have to say fiction....but who knows.
Could be.
Well, Josh was engaged to a woman when his career started getting bigger and in an interview he mentioned Fergie to be his celebrity crush. Well, as soon as him and his fiance (they were together for YEARS) broke up him and Fergie were dating. So for him, bouncing from one lady to the next does not sound so far fetched, even if he IS still with them.

I think it seems to be true.

If it's true, I'm gonna change my carreer and become a stripper. Josh is hot!
Have you seen this stripper???? Not impressed.
TRUE. Never understood why these 2 even got married they were never on the same page. The rumors of him cheating have been around since before they even got married. I believe the NE these days they have called a few things lately.

I'll side with the ones who think this is true.
Fact since they recently had a predictable "romantic" dinner that was all for show. Divorce in 3...2....

Who knows, but anything is possible.
the stripper passed the lying detector....so obviously the story is true.
Supposedly they told her they would publish with or without her input, because someone else brought the story to their (enquire's) attention.
Also, if she can prove by showing the text messages, wouldn't that be enough?

hmmmmm? It is nearly impossible to stay 100% faithful when you are away from each other for such extended periods of time. It is a recipe for disaster. With many men, hormones have a mind of their own. Sad but true. Make each other the priority (before work, etc.) and you have a better chance at fidelity. My view...
WHO CARES?!! we don't know anything about his marriage, maybe fergie is fine with it.
