Heidi Klum Is Struggling To Lose The Baby Weight

Heidi Klum admits that she's having a harder time losing the baby weight after Lou's birth than she did after her three previous pregnancies.
"I wouldn't say I'm back in shape yet. Everything changes when you get older. It was different when I was 31 with the first one and now being 36 with the fourth one."
Heidi reportedly is exercising on the treadmill and watching her diet to lose the weight.
"I think that if you wait too long and it sticks there it stays that way forever. I have to be motivated."
Well, I think Heidi needs to give herself a break. She only gave birth to Lou LAST MONTH! I'm sure she'll look amazing as the host of the Victoria's Secret fashion show, too :)

So that means she is just like any normal woman who has given birth? Poor baby! I have always been naturally underweight but after giving birth it has taken a long time to get back to that state. Noone expects to be the same size after giving birth for several months. She should just be thankful she is not one of those women who after giving birth still look pregnant and still getting asked 'When is the baby due?' There are women out there like that who wish they could look like she does now...
Whatever!
You mean she is like any NORMAL woman who just gives birth!

She's a model. She'll be skinnier than most in no time. I lost the weight in no time with my first born. I'm still carrying an extra 50lbs from the second(he's 6)

Didn't she just say that she wasn't putting any pressure on herself to lose the weight? I must be missing something.

Yeah, you're not alone--I thought I had read the same thing, too.

I know, right? She definitely did. There should not be a rush to lose weight. It takes time, especially after having a baby.

My son did me in. I had a hard time loosing the weight after he was born but I eventually did and I'm back to my pre-pregnancy weight. She shouldn't expect to loose the weight immediately, that's not even healthy. It took 9 months to gain it, it will take time to loose it.

She's a celebrity so she's expected to lose the weight immediately. Jennifer Garner didn't lose weight quickly and a lot of blogs and tabloids were calling her fat or saying she's pregnant again just 3 or 4 months after giving birth.
I remember someone asked her how she lost weight so quickly after giving birth and she responded 'you have to look at her body before you were pregnant, if you were in great shape before you were pregnant then you shouldn't have any problems losing weight after giving birth.'.....which is BS. she acted like she naturally lost weight....the weight came off just like that.

It was much harder to get back into shape after my third than it was after my first; but my lifestyle had changed as well.
I'm convinced that statements like hers are designed to make her seem "normal".....ummm....she's not. :)

i think she has more pressure to lose that baby weight just cuz she's a model. pressure from everyone and especially from herself. so i guess for her this is not that much pressure compared to last time.

Take a chill pill lady. The baby is 1 month old. Take a deep breath and focus on the baby.

Ya, focus on the freakin baby, not your weight!
hey i give her credit....at least she won't be one of those women who is constantly saying "oh its the baby weight" and the kid is turning 10. if its not gone in a few months its a fat chance it is ever leaving.

Sounds a bit extreme to say she is 'struggling to lose the baby weight' after only a month.

it's true that if you don't do it right away it just gets harder. if she has the resources to loose the weight, has the time to go to the gym everyday, and has a goal of when she wants to loose it, good for her! don't hate her just because she can afford to loose the weight the way she wants.

She will look good, regardless.
