Katie Holmes Is At Work On 'Romantics'
That didn't take long at all! No sooner was it announced that Katie Holmes was going to produce and star in the film 'Romantics' than she's filming it. Katie was spotted in New York City grabbing some coffee on a break from shooting. She was also spotted giving Suri a bottle on-set (see below).
Here's Publisher's Weekly's description of the novel 'Romantics':
[A] love triangle takes center stage among an amorous group of nine Yale friends known to each other as The Romantics. As the group reunites for the marriage of Lila Hayes and Tom McDevon at a Maine estate six years after graduation, Niederhoffer omnisciently narrates the rivalry between wealthy blonde Lila and raven-haired Laura, her maid of honor and former roommate—the Nick to Lila's Gatsby.
Laura and Tom dated early on in college, and their continuing relationship haunts Tom and Lila's over the ensuing years, which naturally causes friction. After the rehearsal dinner, the entire wedding party, minus Lila, embarks on a raucous evening of drinking and reminiscing.
Since the author is also a producer on the project, I'd imagine it's more likely to be a faithful adaptation. Katie looks so happy on-set (below), doesn't she?

I guess everyone picked up on the same thing-Suri is WAY too old to be drinking from a bottle.
Katie seems like a complete and total push over. Suri is going to be the diva from hell. You can tell she NEVER hears the word NO. The heels, the bottles, no jacket, inappropriate dresses on cold days and the constant eating of junk food. Seems like a huge brat to me.
Apparently, Scientology thinks the word NO is too negative to use, so they don't use it. Personally, I think heels on a 3 yr old and a bottle are just plain ludicrous. At this rate, she will be the only who does drugs, drinks alcohol, and crap in a diaper at the age of 16. Sad.

That was the first thing I noticed about this story...I just had to click on the little thumbnail to make sure I was reading it correctly. I was amazed that she was drinking from a bottle--yikes!

The only screwed up and creepy folks are the ones that ridicule this family. So know it all and they must be peeping toms to know the business and everyday life and morals of every family in Hollywood. YUCK:(

Katie looks fresh and pretty. Im glad she's back to work. Director of Hairspray Adam Shankman wants her also the writer of Cocktails and some Broadway producers also wants Katie for the Musical version of Cocktails.
