Rihanna Says Chris Brown Hit Her On Multiple Occasions

Rihanna discussed details of her relationship with Diane Sawyer in her interview, and PopEater knows some of what was said. Rihanna told Diane she went back to Chris Brown “eight or nine times” after he hit her. Here’s Rihanna’s advice to women in domestic violence situations:

“Don’t react off of love. F love,” Rihanna emotionally pleads to young girls who may be in her situation.

Rihanna also says it was “embarrassing that’s the type of person that I fell in love with,” referring to Brown.

What a sad situation. Thank goodness Rihanna finally got herself out of it!

PopEater also has two polls about this that you may want to participate in, so click here to see their post.

This is not going to help Chris Browns already dying career, Oh well, I did not think it was that bad,,, Karma Chris

  2. bgduckie_01 says:

well at least she’s speaking up. this will help her find closure a lot faster cuz the media will not have many questions to ask about the incident anymore.

  3. C. says:

Love doesn’t hurt – nuff said.

  4. sweet kiddo says:

  5. Lolly says:

Rihanna is letting one person shoot her exclusive performance in London, Novemeber 16th. Go to http://talenthouse.me/177

  6. DonnaJ says:

Hey, sometimes a little hurt is a good thing. *meow*

  7. Anonymous says:

She did not say she went back to him 8 or 9 times she says statistically women go back to their abusive boyfriends/husbands 8 or 9 times.

  8. Scruffy says:

If this is true then Chris sounds even like more of a tool saying that he made A (try 8-9) mistake.
And on another topic, I can”t stand Rihannas hair.

  9. Scruffy says:

I found true love, and he died :-( – so I guess the moral is embrace it when you have it and enjoy every second of it cause its rare and very very sacred.

  10. sweet kiddo says:

    rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr ;)

  11. sweet kiddo says:

i’m really sorry for your loss .
my step daughter lost her first boyfriend 4 months ago and he was her best friend as well ,it was heart wrenching ..i can’t even think about loosing my bf ,worst not having the time to say goodbye

  12. Anonymous says:

ii’m pretty sure she said the AVERAGE was eight or nine times, not that he hit her eight or nine times. you should probably edit that…

  13. Monica says:

I think love really does hurt! I don’t mean physically, but emotionally. All love ends in sadness I find.

  14. C. says:

Awww :( it shouldn’t be that way…not true love. True love is hard to find though.

  15. Scruffy says:

Thanks Sweet Kiddo, Its not something I would wish on my worst enemy.

  16. DonnaJ says:

    I’m so sorry Scruff. {{big hugs}} :o (

  17. DonnaJ says:

  19. ashkam says:

    eeew, gross nails, rihanna.

  20. Anonymous says:

Correct your article! Rihanna did not say “he” hit her nine or ten times…she was stating the accurrate statistical number, of how many times battered women return to their abusive relationships…get a life!!!

  21. C. says:

That’s the only time real love hurts. So sorry.

  22. Monica says:

I am so sorry Scruffy. Can’t imagine what you went through.

  23. Monica says:

Bah, I know. I should be single!

  24. Monica says:

Very sorry to hear that sweet kiddo.

  25. Monica says:

I think any love ends in sadness — not just one with a partner. Love towards your parents, siblings, friends, pets, etc…. Like I mean, one day your parents will die and it will be so heart achingly sad beacuse of the love you had for them… sometimes you lose a pet and it will hurt so bad because you loved them so much too. Eventually your partner will either move on or pass away….. Love never ends on a positive note, I swear!

  26. bgduckie_01 says:

    :( im so sorry.

  27. bgduckie_01 says:

sorry to hear about what happened to ur stepdaughter.

Thankfully, I’ve never been in that situation. I do believe it’s a hard one to get out of. I hope women, young and old, take her advice.

  30. Anonymous says:

What a saint woman ahaha ….. she’s a little saint!!! AMEN

  31. papyrus says:

Glad she is speaking up. Anyone that lives any kind of abuse knows how hard it is to stand up and become strong again. She seems to be standing in two good feet. Young girls and her fans do listen to her actions and its great she didnt lie about going back to Chris. Hope she can find some peace and move on.

  32. DonnaJ says:

    Straight up.

  33. BoN says:

couldn’t have said it better myself

  34. papyrus says:

thats was my thought exactly!. i thought she was correcting Diane not saying that was her number.

  35. AnimalBuddy says:

I watched the interview and I’m pretty sure she said THE AVERAGE woman goes back 8 or 9 times in response to Diane saying the average woman goes back 7 times. I don’t think she was speaking of her own personal situation. I could be wrong, though. . .

  36. Vedder says:

Whatever–the irony of this outpouring when a new album is upcoming–this bitch is so overrated and she unfortunately is in our face every day like the Kardashians. She is NOT attractive in ANY way. Gross.

  37. Moreaces says:

The thing about it is, rather it be the release of a new CD, Movie, etc,, the entertianer that has the new release coming out is going to be more in our face, because that is how they get the word out so that they can make their money, or earn their living. It is not uncommon for them to go on late night, or what ever to promote their latest endeavor. She is not different than anyone one else in the business

  38. BoN says:

All celebs do something drastic when it’s time to release something. It’s just PR.

  39. DaleJuniorAmp88 says:

Didn’t she used to beat him too?

  40. Linda123 says:

I know people want to attack her for not talking sooner or say she’s just promoting a cd but I think Rihanna did what was best for her. When celebrities get sick or get in trouble with the law, etc they either run to the press or talk about when it’s resolved and they are emotionally ready to talk. Being a celebrity means they have to do tons of interviews when a film or cd is released. It would be very difficult to do interviews and not to discuss Chris. Sure she could say don’t ask but reporters always do.

  41. maiah912 says:

    For real! I’ll second that.

  42. DonnaJ says:

I think she’s gorgeous, but that hairstyle has got to go.

  43. Anonymous says:

Vera, I don’t think that’s what Rhianna was saying, she wasn’t speaking for herself – she was quoting a statistic – Diane Sawyer said “on average woman go back to their abusers 7-8 times” Rhianna corrected her and said “actually 8 or 9 times”.

  44. Milly says:

I thought the same thing. Got to be careful with such sensational headlines!
