Ian Halperin, the author of the upcoming expose`on Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie is upset at Star magazine for embellishing facts about his book. He says their cover story is a total fabrication; they even went to press with it before he finished the book.
“I was stunned,” Halperin tells Usmagazine.com of Star’s spread, which alleges inside access to his tome and teases details about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s “secret life of binge drinking, mind games, drugs, lovers and more!”
“I never spoke to [the magazine],” he says. “In fact,” “I finished writing the book late last night which was hours after the Star story broke!”
It’s funny how shocked he seems that they made up a story. They are pretty well known for it. Anything to sell copies, right? He wants us to wait and read the real thing for ourselves.
“I urge people to wait until the real excerpts from the book are published to get the real story of what is actually in my book.”
I’ll admit I’m intrigued. I think this will be a best seller. People seem to gobble up anything having to do with Brad and Angelina. How about you? Will you check it out?

I haven’t read a biography in years. I question anyone writing a book about someone when they rely solely on anonymous sources and tabloid stories. I don’t think Brad or Angie, or anyone they know were included in the process of this book so I doubt it’s really a true account of their lives together.

All of Ian Halperin’s books are nothing but lies. This asshole is no stranger to contraversy and he’s done it before. He has written contraversy over the death’s of Michael Jackson and Kurt Cobain (Singer of Nirvana).
why is he writting about the life of other people? this is are the people we need to call them assholes.
Why is this book getting a lot of publicity? The less people take an interest, the more likely is this kind of nonsence meets the kiss of death. All married couple have their ups and downs. At least this couple manage to stay together this long and hopefully longer. At least their lives are more realistic than some hollywood stars who parade love and romance, but do not stay together more than 2 years.

Wow… I was going to wash my hair, clean the litter box or read a real book that week but how fun! A book about absolutely nothing! Maybe I’ll take a day off work to read it. I may have just, quite uncharacteristically, become a fan of censorship.

As I type this, there are six comments other comments. I’m impressed that not one of them is kvetching about Angelina being a home wrecker as if poor little Brad had no control over the choices to be made.
