I set my DVR since I knew I would forget to watch since I don't regularly watch SNL (even though I usually find it hilarious and LOVE Andy Samberg). I watched the first 10 minutes last night and, after reading all the good stuff about it this morning, am off to watch all of it right now :)

She was funny as Kate Gosselin, but other than that I thought she was pretty horrible. I will give her credit--she sang live, but she can't really sing all that well and I couldn't tell one song from another. I actually thought she was re singing the monolog song when she was doing her first performance.

I agree with this. She is absolutely adorable and funny, but her singing had my husband and me cringing. It almost sounded like she was doing it in a lower key so she could hit the high notes, but you could barely make out the words (or hear her at all, in some cases) in the lower register.
She did great with the skits, though! Also, we really, really loved the monologue song (minus the capo! Come on!!!)!

I completely fell asleep for the first half hour. I saw both performances, weekend update, and the bunny and roomies skits. I thought she did pretty well from the bits I saw.

I did the opposite, I tried really hard to stay up but only made it thru the monologue song which I thought was so funny! But when the first comemrcial came on I was out. :-(

I was in tears when the Firelight digital short was on! I thought that was the best one! LOL She did do a great job, but I could've done without the roomies skit - goodness. We fast forwarded through her performances to save my hubby and his brother, lol.
