Paris Hilton Angry Over Vacant Billboard

Paris Hilton has threatened legal action against a New Zealand company for plastering her face across a billboard with the word "vacant"
stamped across it. The reality TV star was left fuming when she discovered bosses at Media5 had used her image to advertise billboard space in Wellington.
Hilton's manager, Jamie Freed, claims the company doesn't have permission to use the picture and insists the star plans to settle the matter in court.
Spokesperson for Media5, Adam McGregor, says,
"(The poster is just) a bit of fun. Paris has a proven ability to laugh at herself. We assume that the agency has taken care of the rights to the image of Paris, but we will ask the question. We're not trying to offend anyone."

I think it would be funny if she'd give up rights to this particular picture and is now trying to backtrack and say, "No, no! They can't do this!"
Sadly, even if the company is in the right, she'll probably still win because she has more money.

Haha! That billboard's in Auckland, where I live, when I first saw it I almost crashed my car! It's funny, but then again they won't get away with it. Such a kiwi thing to do though...

it means "nothing but air between your ears" as in "empty space" as in "no too bright".

It means empty or not occupied. Used in relation to a person, it means that he or she is stupid.
