Oh, now this is embarrassing. The Kardashian sisters do look a lot alike, but this type of mistake seems inexplicable to me. Kim Kardashian explained what happened on twitter.
Some woman just came up to me & said congrats 4 being pregnant! I know she thought I was Kourt but rude! Do I look 8 months preggo?
Oops. Maybe the person didn’t know how far along Kourtney is. Have any of you ever made a mistake like this (i.e., congratulating a woman on her pregnancy who isn’t pregnant)?

I don’t know why but I like a three of them, kim seems like shes knws her place in the industry and never tries to over step her (talent) boundraies as alot of these starts do. PLUS I’m and obssesive New Orleans Saints fan, so that also plays a part in me liking her i guess

I got asked if I was preggers once when I wasn’t. It didn’t help that my shirt looked like it could’ve been maternity.

Once, on the first day of a new job, I asked a new collegue ‘how far along are you?’. She burst into tears and ran off. I was soooo embarressed. Apparently she had just had a miscarraige. I felt sooo bad.
My cousin gets asked that all the time. She has one of those bulging stomachs even though she is really thin everywhere else. She has been asked so many times now that she doesn’t even bother correcting people anymore but just plays along. Haha it’s really funny.

I heard awhile back (don’t remember the source) that you never ask a woman how far along she is unless she has a baby hanging between her legs.

Yes, this happened to me before several times. Seriously, I am plus sized, I am big all over. It’s not like I have a tiny body and a big belly! It was always women that said it, women can really be assholes!

I still get called by my sister’s name. When we were in elementary school, I’d just answer to her name because the office lady never called me by my own name. My mom still does it all the time, too. haha

I’ve learned NEVER to ask a women if she is pregnant…even if her water has broken and she’s on the delivery table. I don’t even congragulate unless they have told me THEMSELVES that they are pregnant!

People can be so insensitive about asking others if they are pregnant. I’ve had a belly all my life, even when I was in my 20′s and weighed 110 lbs at 5’5″, it was just my body shape. As I was in the hospitality industry I was constantly around lots of people and I can’t count the times I was asked if I was pregnant or when are you due etc. It was made even more painful because of the fact that I knew I could never have children due to a medical condition. I would advise anyone thinking of asking not to unless you know the person well.

I can’t tell these Kardashian sisters apart. One of them is pregnant (and I didn’t even know how far along she was until just now), one of them is married, one is really short and one is really tall. I don’t even know how many there are running around out there. So someone read that one of them was pregnant and congratulated the wrong sister.
I know Kim is the pretiest one, so I could never mistaken her from one of her sisters.
Kim definitely doesn’t look pregnant but I bet it was an honest mistake. The person probably had no idea how far along Kourtney was. Too bad for both Kim and the other one
