Variety posted the first trailer for the superhero comedy, ‘Kick-Ass‘, starring Nicolas Cage, Aaron Johnson and Christopher Mintz-Plasse (Superbad, Role Models). From the IMDB lineup, it looks like Nicolas must be playing a father to one of the “superheroes”. Here’s the plot of the movie:
Dave Lizewski is an unnoticed high school student and comic book fan who one day decides to become a super-hero, even though he has no powers, training or meaningful reason to do so.
The movie’s scheduled release date is April 16, 2010.

cant watch the trailer but i dont know if i want to see nicolas cage in a comedy. i guess im so used to his action movies.
