Jon Gosselin Suing TLC For $5 Million
According to PopEater, Jon Gosselin has filed a lawsuit against TLC. He is reportedly seeking damages from the company in the amount of $5 million dollars.
The suit alleges that TLC:
damaged his reputation and is preventing him from finding work elsewhere, according to PEOPLE
Jon's lawyer says that it's been rough for Jon and TLC is to blame.
"Their behavior has caused Jon great anguish and it has caused him financial losses," his attorney Mark Heller says.
Heller also claims that Jon was taken advantage of back when he signed the original contract for 'Jon and Kate Plus 8'.
"They had a cadre of lawyers so they had a one-sided agreement,"
Oh my. This ought to be quite the battle. Do you think TLC is to blame for damaging Jon's reputation?

why blame tlc? he's the once who chose to date different girls in a few months and go out to party with other girls while still married. he had the majority of the ppl in his favor cuz everyone saw kate as the bad one at first cuz the way she treated him. but then he changed their minds by his actions. he needs to sue himself for damaging his own reputation lol.
His own actions did it! He was the one going to press talking smack about Kate. He was the one advertising his relations with other women, whom he spent time with instead of his family.
He would be able to find a job now if he didn't MAKE the whole world hate him at this point. He was well known but well liked a few years ago. Now...he's hated and it's ONLY him to blame.

Did Rabbi Shmuley advise you to continue to play the blame game and avoid responsibility for all of your bad decisions Jon? Grow up.
