Will Katie Holmes Play A Villain In Tom Cruise's Next Mission Impossible?
Tom Cruise wants Katie Holmes to play a villain in the next ‘Mission: Impossible’ movie.
The actor – who stars as spy Ethan Hunt in the action franchise – is desperate to work with his wife and believes an evil part for her in the fourth film would be perfect because he doesn’t want them to play a couple on screen. A source said:
"Tom is very excited about taking ‘Mission: Impossible’ in a new direction and he sees Katie as a big part of that.
"They have wanted to work together for a while now but the idea of being a couple on screen in a romantic comedy is a bit dull. This might give them a chance to have some fun both as a couple and as hero and villainess."
What do you think? Would Katie be able to play a good villain? And what about the rumor in general? Do you think that Tom wants to work alongside his wife? I am a huge Mission Impossible fan, so I would be all over this if it happened.

Katie is not capable of playing a good "anything". I know I sound mean but she's just not a good actress. It's like Tom Cruise tries to make everyone around him a big star by riding on his coat tails, but Katie just doesn't have the chops. Perhaps she would be good at something behind the scenes.

If he wants to guarantee that no one comes to see MI4, then he should definitely do this. I got sucked in to watching part of First Daughter yesterday and her acting was painful. Painful! Almost as bad as her playing Rachel Dawes in Batman Begins.

I HEART TOMKAT. Im LOL with all this rumors. News is really slow from the Beckham biopic,Cocktails Musical,Butchdance remake,Katie as Wonder Woman,Sex and the City and now this. So far all that is out is JJ Abrams and Tom Cruise are back. The director is still being scouted. MI-4 is top secret so this Katie villain rumors are baloney.
i don't think she'd do a good job, but it would be entertaining to watch these two "act" together, and watch this movie crash.
