This is good news! Nicole Richie, who checked into the hospital earlier this week to get treatment for her pneumonia, is now home again.
“Don’t worry,” her boyfriend Joel Madden wrote on the website for his band, Good Charlotte. “All is well and we are home with no problems.”
Returning from an international tour, Madden writes that he “stepped off the plane . . . and basically went straight to the hospital for the week . . . Family first.”
Now that Richie is on the mend, Madden writes that he’s eager to continue work on his next album: “Getting home from the hospital to a healthy family is enough for me, but to do what i love is the icing on the cake.”
That is great to hear. Hopefully Nicole will be fully recovered soon!
