John Travolta Thanks His Adopted Hometown For Their Support

John Travolta, Kelly Preston, and their daughter, Ella Bleu, walked the red carpet Friday night at the Ocala premiere of their new movie, 'Old Dogs,' in Ocala, Florida.
"Kelly, Ella and I want to thank all of you for supporting us over the last year," Travolta told the crowd. "It's meant the world to us. We know that we have a community. We know that we have friends. And we know that we are loved. We appreciate it. Jett appreciates it. We love you, Ocala."
With a voice cracking with emotion, Preston echoed her husband's words, noting, "You guys are all so down to earth, loving and caring."
Nine-year-old Ella concluded their remarks with the words "Love you, Ocala."
According to the Ocala Star-Banner, John, Kelly, and Ella Bleu spent thirty minutes on the red carpet, signing autographs and interacting with fans.
The evening was also a fundraiser for five charities: The Jett Travolta Foundation, Florida Highway Patrol Advisory Council, Project Hope, the Marion County Public Safety Assistance Trust and the Humane Society of Marion County.
Although John reportedly has Ocala premieres for all of his films, which also serve as fundraisers, this event was described as "more subdued" than past premieres. It sounds like John and Kelly really wanted to let the people of Ocala know how much they appreciated their support.

I like how they link the premieres and the fundraisers together, that's very nice of them. I wish them all the best, I can't imagine how it would feel to lose a child...
They look like a nice family..
