In the ’80′s, we called on Bill Murray and Dan Akroyd to protect us from ghosts. Now in the 21st century, we can call on Joshua Jackson to protect us from… aliens. The ‘Fringe’ star has been tapped to star in ‘UFO,’ a film remake of the British TV series.
The Fringe actor will play Paul Foster, a test pilot who joins S.H.A.D.O. (Supreme Headquarters Alien Defense Organization), a covert organization built under a Hollywood studio, in UFO.
I’m not familiar with this TV series: has anyone seen it? The idea of a covert organization build under a Hollywood studio does make me smile. Maybe an alien will be some superstar?
