P. Diddy Celebrates Turning 40

Some people want to go into hiding once they turn 40. Not P. Diddy (aka Sean Combs). He threw quite a party. At least, it must have been some party because he reportedly spent $3 MILLION on it.
"A source said: He really pushed the boat out for this one – and then some. It was an amazing party and Diddy was on great form."
The party was a Garden of Eden-themed bash and reportedly included 500 guests, including Jay-Z, Bono, Nelly and Denzel Washington. Al Green performed.
I wonder if Bono talked to him about what $3 million dollars could do in the fight against AIDS?
Well, it is P. Diddy's money and his party. Happy Birthday.

This is the kind of stuff that irks me. You're right - it is his money. However, I resent it when these idiot stars do their public service announcements asking US to give to charity. I am ALL for charity, believe me. I just think someone like Diddy is out of touch in re: to how much money the average person has at their disposal.
3 million dollars on a party for his own birthday? The guy really is in love with himself.
I seriously doubt he, personally, spent that much. How much of that $3MM was paid for by corporate sponsors and/or donations for PR? Still like his music -- can't stand him.

Is he still relevant? I remember when he was ticked off cause of gas prices for his plane!? C'mon he doesn't even relate to real people, too over the top.

Maybe he should have used that money to buy a little island somewhere and take all the rest of his 'up themselves' friends (ie kayne, 50c, byonce, etc) and go live on it. They can spend the days soaking up the sun and enflating each others egos......lol
