Regis Philbin announced today that he would be taking a break from his show, Live With Regis & Kelly. Regis will be off for a little over a month while he recuperates from hip surgery.
I wish Regis a speedy recovery!
Usually they have a variety of co-host fill-ins when one of them is off. I’m curious to see if they’ll have several celebrities filling in or just one person the entire time? Who would you love to see co-hosting with Kelly Ripa? I think Peter Facinelli would be someone fun to have on there! He’s so personable and down-to-earth, and has a great sense of humor! What celebs do you think would make fun co-hosts?

Bill Clinton – seriously. Of course the quality of the guests would have to be a bit higher. Hollywood types would be OK if they had a college degree and have done something else in their life other than be rich and famous.
Oh THAT is a good one! The man has charisma.

Anderson Cooper, hands down. I think he and Kelly are perfect together. They just complement each other. Anderson’s shy personality mixes well with Kelly’s outgoing attitude. =)
