Shar Jackson Talks About Kevin Federline's Weight Loss

Shooting for the next season of VH1's Celebrity Fit Club has wrapped up and Shar Jackson talked to UsMagazine.com about participating with her ex (and Britney's), Kevin Federline.

"I think everybody will be very, very shocked to see the end results,

Shar was able to share that she and Kevin

"both made it to the end."

She also shared that they didn't do any sort of teaming up on the show.

"He was on his journey and I was on mine,"

She said they both survived Harvey, though:

"survived the Harvey [E. Walden IV] boot camp," she said of the show's hard-charging coach. "You can't even imagine the stuff that this man put us through . . . very painful!"

Check out Shar in the thumbnails below - she looks fantastic!

The new season of the show will begin in airing in January. I have to admit that I'm mildly curious to see the show, at least a few episodes.
