Sources Deny Britney Spears Marriage Rumors

Rumors have been swirling that Britney Spears was planning to head down the aisle with her current beau (and manager), Jason Trawick. Over the weekend more rumors were running rampant, claiming that Jason turned down Britney’s marriage proposal and left the country (Australia, where Brit has been on tour) But according to PopEater, a source is claiming that all of the rumors are false.

“There was no proposal and they were never engaged.”

“Jason spent more time in Australia than originally planned,” says the source. “They are very happy.”

I’m sure the two will be happily reunited for the holidays now that Britney has finished with her Australian leg of the tour. Do you think there’s any truth to the engagement rumors? I really do picture Britney getting married again when she finds the right guy.
