Daniel Radcliffe will bare it all twice in the next ‘Harry Potter’ movie. There are minor spoilers and I don’t want to ruin the film for anyone. If interested, click on the continue reading link below to see the rest.
The actor will stun fans when he gets close to Emma Watson’s character Hermione Granger during a fantasy sequence in ‘Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows’. Director David Yates revealed:
“Daniel has appeared nude in the past. There are a couple of scenes in the new film in which he will undress but we’re still thinking about how we present it.”
The scene occurs when Harry’s best friend and Hermione’s love interest Ron Weasley, played by Rupert Grint, is battling a monster which tries to defend itself by flashing a series of images where Harry and Hermione are kissing and embracing.”
Daniel will then expose himself in a later scene following a brush with death.
“There is another scene in Kings Cross station, where Harry almost dies and sees Dumbledore. In that scene he will also be naked.”
This boy cannot keep his clothes on right?! You bare it all on stage for theatre and then it’s just something that is expected. Luckily for Daniel, he’s pretty comfortable being naked.
“It never really was an issue. I don’t know why, it probably should have been. I am terribly self-conscious. Although I remember I did look at my dad once and say, ‘Do you think I could wear pants?’ “
‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows’ is being split into two installments, with the first due for release next year. It is unclear in which parts the nude scenes will appear.
If they are trying to make the movie like the book, Harry is in fact naked in the King’s Cross scene. It isn’t anything graphic and makes sense within the context of what is happening in the story. I think that it can be done tastefully.
I don’t think they need to have him naked for the portion with Hermione. That doesn’t make sense nearly as much as the King’s Cross scene. In the book it says they embrace and kiss, but does not mention nudity in any way. I would hope they keep it that way in the movie.
Not a big deal. I’m sure they’re not going to show him hanging brain or anything.
i dunno how nude that’ll be. either way, can’t wait to see Harry Potter.
Considering how dark the last few books are, I don’t see why the movies need to be “aimed at kids” Rowling made it clear that she was going to allow the books to “get older” as the characters got older, so while the first couple are aimed at kids, the later ones are essentially for adults.

Remember a lot of the fan base has grown up with the characters. I think it will still pull millions.

This has to be a joke. These are kids’ movies. If Harry strips down, that means the movies will get an R rating, alienting their fan base.
I’m thinking it was sarcasm. I hope. LOL I mean, I know which sections he’s talking about and I suppose they could’ve been written in that way. It’d be kinda weird.

I’m pretty sure this is not a joke – HP is naked for those two scenes in the book. I highly doubt they’re going to show his bits and make it an R rated movie. They can still have him be ‘naked’ and keep it PG.
