Lindsay Lohan is heading to India. Life & Style claims she’s going in an effort to “party less and help others more.” I don’t know if that’s her motivation, but does it matter? Lindsay is going to do a documentary on the trafficking of women and children in India with the BBC.
“Lindsay is trying to better herself and get away from her party-girl image. She wants to be taken more seriously,” an insider tells Life & Style.
Well, I think it’s great. This is a MAJOR human rights issues that gets very little attention here in the States. And who knows: maybe she’ll see something life changing.
I honestly think some stars really care about the causes they promote, but I’d be naive to think some weren’t doing it for the publicity. Regardless, if they bring attention to an important cause, does it matter?

I heard the source was her father….so, I guess I don’t believe it.
Does it matter to you? NO–Our Troops in Afghanistan is what matters. Why the fk are we the country that has to step in on these issues? There are countries much wealthier than us that can pitch in resources–we have enough on the plate in our own country. Lohan is doing this because its a job–not for the issue.
too soon to give her any praise. ok so she boarded a plane to India but lets wait and see what she does with her time? and if she can keep this “going good” image for more than one trip.
that’s good if she does that but in order for ppl to take her seriously, she needs to completely drop all of her bad habits. she needs to care about herself first in order for other to care too.
Where will she get her pills? I feel a meltdown’s a’comin!
