A judge ordered yesterday that Sunny James, daughter of Jesse James and step-daughter to Sandra Bullock, spend the Christmas holiday with her mother, Janine Lindemulder. Jesse & Sandra have been raising Sunny full time since her mother was incarcerated back in January. Janine is out now and fighting them for custody of her daughter.
“She was told she could pick up Sunny at 4 p.m. on Christmas Eve and return her by 6 p.m. the next day, but her husband, Jeremy Aikman, a two-time felon, won’t be allowed to be there.”
Jesse’s lawyer was trying to have the request denied because Janine is doing web-cam porn from her home, but the judge didn’t feel that was an issue, apparently. Jesse was upset but refused to comment as he left the courthouse. Janine shared with Life & Style how happy she was with the judge’s decision:
“I’m so excited about Christmas. I can’t believe it. Thank God.”
I can’t imagine not spending the holidays with my kids. The judge gave her both Christmas Eve and Day. I know many families switch off the holidays but this has got to be so hard on everyone involved. I can imagine that Jesse and Sandra will be sick with worry, not knowing what’s going on at the ex’s home. I hope they can all find a way to make things safe and stable for Sunny.

INO, your title should be that Jesse and Sandra won full custody (or maybe u’re late on that news???) The bio mom got one day, she should be able to get a day, eventho i would do the same if i were Jesse n Sandra. whether she’s a bio parent or not, the fact that she’s married to a convicted felon (and an at-home porn star) would definitely make me nervous and i wouldn’t want my child near ppl like that. Now that she’s legally w. her dad, she has a real chance of growing up in a healthy environment. Good luck to her!

too much sympathy for Bullock, but people are forgetting little girl is spending time christmas morning with her mother. dad will get her later on the day. its not like she’s moving out of the country.

I can’t BELIEVE the judge thought that wasn’t an issue (the web-cam porn). What if Sunny walked in on that?! And what does Sunny do when her mother is busy doing that stuff on the internet? It’s awful.
Hopefully she’ll mess this up and the kid can get a real shot at a more functional family.

i feel sorry for the kid ): first it sucks to be in split homes. second, having your parents fighting over you, and who knows what they say about each other to the child. hopefully she’ll make it out!
