Chris Brown took to his Twitter account today to vent some of his frustration. Apparently many stores aren’t stocking the shelves with his cd and lying to the customers, he alleges. He went on a profanity-laced (I edited) tirade and then later apologizes for parts of it.
im tired of this $%^&. major stores r blackballing my cd. not stockin the shelves and lying to costumers. what the !#@$ do i gotta do…
He must’ve gotten some heat after that tweet from managers and fans?

I wonder what retailers aren’t putting the album out? I would figure that stores wouldn’t care about his private life over making themselves a profit on the cd. Did you buy Chris’s album?

From a business standpoint I can see stores not stocking his CD’s. I don’t see his album selling well due to his beating the crap out of a woman. He sounds like a big baby in those tweets. It might have been better to handle that behind the scenes.

it’s so sad that it’s come to this, but I honestly think the industry needs to make a habit of this kind of stance…for drug and alcohol abusers, those who are violent, etc…it’s the only way to clean up the industry of all their filth and the crap they peddle at impressionable young people

I agree bt then again, aren’t we the ones feeding into this obsession by following these celebs around? I know we are not the ones who told Brown to beat Rihanna up but we are the ones who put them on such a high pedestal and make it look like they are different than the rest of us/ I think if I had a business then my decisions on selling celeb related merchandise will be based on my belief system and values but this is a world that follows the dollar and everyone wants a quick buck regardless of how they get it/
