Now that Robert Pattinson has played a vampire in the ‘Twilight Saga,’ he’s ready to move on… to superheroes. He has his eye on the character of Magneto in the ‘X-Men’ series.
“Well, yeah, I think everyone wonders about [appearing in a superhero film] sometimes. My little cousin tells me I look like Magneto, so I guess that’s who I should probably play.”
I’m not so sure Robert wants to do this; he strikes me as the type of actor who wants to move away from this sci-fi/fantasy films now that he’s done ‘Harry Potter’ and ‘Twilight.’ I suspect he was just answering a question
