… Mel Gibson?! That’s right, according to Variety. Mel will direct Leonardo DiCaprio in a film about… wait for it…Viking culture. Yep, Leo is going to be a Viking.
“This will be an awe-inspiring story, created with some of the industry’s finest cinematic talent and I am just over the moon to be making this film with Mel, Leo and Bill,” [producer] King said in a statement after the principals confirmed the project to Daily Variety.
Well, Mel’s role in ‘Braveheart’ was amazing. There’s certainly nothing wrong with Vikings, I just never would have thought to do a movie about them

I’m so disgusted that one of my favorite actors is working with this nightmare. Mel is a hateful drunk hypocrite. His wife was going to hell for not believing in his church but its ok to have sex with a woman and get her pregnant while still married. NICE. I admit that he is a wonderful actor and I love a lot of his films, but in good conscience I can’t watch anything new he does. No one should see his movies, but I guess if you’re not Jewish his hateful rants don’t apply to you? Guess what, if you’re a catholic, he hates you, if you believe the holocaust happened, he hates you, atheist, he hates you. Wake up people! Boycott this jerk so he’ll go away already.
You can apply those rules to most of Hollywood. Time to turn in your TV.
