Orlando Bloom has popped the question and Miranda Kerr said YES! The model’s brother announced that the pair are engaged.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star has been dating the Australian Victoria’s Secret beauty since late 2007 and the pair has repeatedly denied rumors they are to wed. But Bloom has now reportedly proposed during a vacation in Morocco – and Kerr’s sibling Matthew has confirmed the happy news. He tells Woman’s Day magazine,
“He’s finally done it. Orlando has proposed. They’re getting married.”
I hope Miranda gave her brother permission to slip this news. Otherwise… there’s going to be a huge fight the next time she sees him. LOL!
Either way – congrats!
Update: Orlando’s rep says there is “no truth” to rumors that Orlando and Miranda got engaged. Drats!

Yet again Britsh actor Orlando Bloom, 32, and Australian Victoria’s Secret model Miranda Kerr, 25, are being hurried down the aisle.
Reports today surfaced claiming the pair became betrothed two weeks ago when the geographically-challenged couple enjoyed a weekend together in Morocco for the lavish reopening of Marrakesh’s famed La Mamounia hotel on Nov. 26. An Australian magazine even reported Kerr’s brother, Matthew, as saying, “He’s finally done it. Orlando has proposed. They’re getting married.”
But Kerr’s rep tells WHO, “I can confirm with absolute certainty Matt did not say anything of the sort and was upset to see the article.”
Bloom actually disputed engagement rumours at the Marrakesh event. When quizzed about the ongoing speculation he said: “We are just enjoying our time together now.” But he was more than happy for an opportunity to hang out with his girlfriend. “Miranda and I spend so much time apart, she’s working hard, I’m working hard, so we have to grab time together whenever we can,” Bloom said. “A weekend here, a weekend there.”
The pair were also together on Dec. 1 for a Vanity Fair party in Las Vegas (pictured).
Bloom and Kerr have been dating since 2007 and he accompanied her to Australia earlier this year.
