Its about time the world recognized Colin Firth!!! He has one of the most prolific and successful careers in the global entertainment industry. Love him!!!!

  3. DaleJuniorAmp88 says:

*ugh* why is it no matter what movie Clooney pumps out, he’s always in the running for an award? He’s not that great of an actor…… But a MAJOR applaud from me for Betty White & her lifetime achievement award! Gah, I love(d) her in “The Golden Girls” (and yes, I know she’s done more than that =p)

    GEORGE FRESH…

Because he’s George Clooney a terrific actor and a genuine movie star who gives good performances. That Precious girl better lose some weight before she explodes. And I don’t mean she has to be thin, just not orca-big.

  6. DonnaJ says:

    I love Betty White.

  7. CapturingLife says:

Ditto! That woman is a riot. :)

It’s so annoying when it’s all of those last minute movies. Invictus, Up in the Air, Nine – they ALL were just released or are set to release soon. There were so many tremendous movies this year. Blah, whatever. I read deadline hollywood sometimes and it’s pretty sad how the awards and all that really are chosen. :( I was shocked to see District 9 was pretty much shut out of everything so far. Also, I’m SO relieved that Mariah has been skipped over for nominations so far. That woman’s ego cannot afford to get any bigger.

  9. I’ve noticed that many people online have the same problem. Must be an undiagnosed learning disability.
