
Hel-lo! Meet Sean Faris, the new star of ‘Vampire Diaries.’ He gained 15 pounds for the role, and it looks like it must’ve been all muscle. He shared his health and fitness tips with Men’s Health.
First tip: Sean’s a big believer in eating at home.
“Cooking at home is key to being in shape. You can order a salad in a restaurant, but not know what you’re getting.”
SO true! Here’s Sean’s tip for effective muscle building:
“I see so many people in the gym just slinging weights around. You can accomplish more if you squeeze the reps out in perfect form, instead of going big and trying to kill it every time.”
Sadly, this, too, I’m sure is true. Sean also has some advice on cheating:
“If I’m going to cheat, I do it right.”
He’s referring to cheating with food, so I’m guessing Sean means he goes all out with a decadent meal ![]()

I dont think he is on there yet. Pretty sure he will be coming when Vampire Diaries resume!! Yay!
