Actress Abbie Cornish headed back to the U.S. today. She’s been in Vancouver with co-stars Vanessa Hudgens, Carla Gugino and Jenna Malone filming her latest movie, ‘Sucker Punch’.
A young girl (Vanessa Hudgens) is institutionalized by her wicked stepfather. Retreating to an alternative reality as a coping strategy, she envisions a plan which will help her escape from the facility.
The tagline for this movie just cracks me up:

What do you think of Abbie’s red Wellington boots? I almost didn’t recognize her all bundled up. I’m assuming she’s back home to spend the holidays with Ryan Phillippe, since the two share a house in Hollywood. Lucky girl. 
I wonder if her family flew in from Australia to be with her?

ew horrible outfit/ not loving the face. those boots must be SO uncomfortable to fly in…probably took them off, but still, why even go to the airport in the YUCK!
Get over Abbie’s outfit. She doesn’t dress for the press in her personal life. She’s not a hollywood babe. It’s one of the things that drives my admiration for her. She’s photographed in airports all the time with no makeup and in comfortable clothes. If you want full time glamor you have to look to those skinny celebutards who dress to the nines each night to be photographed but have absolutely no other descernible talent. As for the boots being uncomfortable, have you seen what some celeb’s think is appropriate footwear for flying, like spike heeled boots?
