Kendra Wilkinson Shares Her Exercise Routine

A couple of weeks ago, Kendra Wilkinson was already planning her exercise routine for getting back in shape after giving birth to Hank IV. She shares the details of what she’s doing with OK! magazine.

“The doctor said I can’t exercise until after six weeks [due to a C-section], but getting up and down in the middle of the night – feeding him, changing him and soothing him when he’s crying – is my ab workout already!”

Now that sounds more realistic than what she seemed to be planning a couple of weeks ago!

This goes to the last 3 haters that are talking shit on someone who is obviously more successful than they are: you guys are just more followers of hers. Even if you’re just following to hate. I’m not defending her necessarily, but stating a fact. I’m just looking for the workout DVD she was shooting on her show! LOL! JesseD: You had nothing better to say, DonnaJ You just look like a bitter person and sweet kiddo… sigh.. you wish you looked like your picture! jajaja!
