Kim Kardashian took to her blog today to shoot down the rumors that she’s making money off of Tweeting.
“Carl’s Jr did not pay me to tweet about their salads. Yes, obviously I was paid to be in the commercial… we all have to work, But I was not paid to tweet or talk about the salads on my blog, Facebook account, MySpace account or any other online outlets,” she said.
She continued the venting:
“Am I not allowed to talk about something I like without people assuming I must have been paid to do it? I want my fans to know what products, gadgets, foods, clothes and beauty products I like and I love sharing all that with my fans. You all know I’ve posted about certain clothes and products on my blog since I started blogging two years ago.”
And there you have it. Do you believe her? I want to, but did you see the recent episode of her reality show where she can’t stop lying? LOL! Kidding!

I absolutely hate this spoiled, talent-less woman-WHO CARES!!! All of the time she spends on TV, in the magazine, twittering, shows how much Kim loves herself and she actually thinks we all care. I honestly wish these girls would just go away- now we’re going to have to deal with their brother and the younger siblings for the next few years-they all want their chance at fame-pathetic

i would be willing to believe this if her ENTIRE twitter stream wasn’t dominated by “omg i love [...] ~ it works so well for me: try it!”
every frigging tweet seems like an ad, and considering the new, stricter rules, she needs to be more careful. i personally don’t follow her, but this was brought to my attention the other day when TMobile_USA rt’d her saying something like “i love my t-mobile blackberry! i never have problems and i’ll never switch from t-mobile.” (i’m paraphrasing, but that was the jist.)
i had a “hmmm” moment, so i checked her stream and the latest 10 tweets were all product-placements: what a mess. this instance w/ carl’s junior is particularly damning b/c she’s not only a paid endorser for them, but she specifically endorses their salads. and then we’re not supposed to believe that it was in her contract that she was supposed to tweet about them? puh-lease. i get that she’s trying to keep herself out of trouble, but we’re not all as dumb as a kardashian sister.
after seeing last weeks episode and how she loves to lie..who believes this? i agree maybe carls jr didnt pay her but what about all the other crap she talks about
I’m sure that Kim Kardasian is being paid for that stuff, why say it at all. She’s a celeb and will do anything to make a little extra money for herself.
This is BS. There is no way all THREE Kardashian girls just happen to tweet about Quick Trim and send links, etc. out with no kickback. It’s interesting that they’re paid to endorse that, she’s paid for Carl’s Jr. and they’re all paid for Famous Cupcakes – all things they seem to tweet about more often than other celebs tweet about random restaurants and products.

exactly. she addressed one company that we were not even thinking about. she’s just giving Carl’s Jr. more publicity with this “rant”. I don’t think Carl’s Jr was on the list of companies that were paying her to tweet about their products. She, Paris and Jessica Simpson have seen to it that I will never visit one of their establishments when I am in the States. However, I don’t believe she is truthful about the rest. Like any of her fans can really afford the clothes, food, gadgets and products she is promoting.

You know what? I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and say she did it on her own. A lot of people twitter about things and give free adveritsing to them. I am sure doing the commerical put them upfront in her mind. So, no, I think she did it on her own.
