Tamra Barney, star of ‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’, has been served with divorce papers by her husband Simon. Radar Online reports that Simon is claiming infidelity as the reason for his request.
Tamra had moved out of the couples’ home and into a two bedroom apartment earlier this week. The two have had problems for many years but Tamra is said to be surprised about the divorce.
“Simon has simply had enough,” the source said. “The show changed her.”
The couple have three children together and have been married for 11 years.

Good for Tamra. Simon is a textbook abuser. Textbook! He simply filed before she did as do most abusers. He knew she was going to file. All of my friends are in agreement that this guy is a major control freak! Stay strong Tamra! You are better off without him. You deserve someone who respects you for who you are! And the infidelity claim…….once again textbook!
Tamra’s ego is the source of all of her suffering. As she gains maturity and awareness of her role in her unhappiness she’ll become kinder,less judgemental and more at peace. She is 100% responsible for her mindset. It’s up to her to make some needed changes. Godspeed Tamra. Divorce is never easy for anyone, especially young children.
I don’t think anyone is surprised by the divorce. They’ve been leading up to it on the show this season. But the cause? Infidelity? Gretchen will have a field day with this… Also interesting that she moved out of the house instead of him.
Not surprised at all. Haven’t watched this season, but last season her husband seemed to be tired of her crap. I also hated she was so horrible and judemental to Gretchen. She was sooooo jealous of her.
Tamara is just ugly & superficial to the core. The show made it worse. I’m sure her hubby(who’s also an ass) gave her a heads up awhile ago. I love the Housewives shows, I watch all of them.
Honestly, this didn’t come as a surprise. They always seemed kind of tense. And I really doubt they’ll be able to reconcile this one.

She’s so fake and I don’t blame him at all. And Jeana looks great with her weight loss!! I can’t stand Tamara or Vicki. She’s not been on twitter lately……interesting…..
aww this is so sad to hear – I actually liked them as a couple, especially in previous seasons…I can’t believe she would cheat…hope the divorce is not too nasty…Jeana does look amazing!
