Jessica Simpson’s new documentary ‘The Price of Beauty’ is set to premiere on Monday, March 15th on VH1. Jessica traveled all over – to Japan, Thailand, France, Brazil, Uganda, Morocco and India. She was in search of “every-day women” and to find what true beauty really is.
Jessica spoke at a press conference today about the experience and how it changed her:
“I think going all around the world and seeing all of these incredibly courageous women, it inspired us to find the best within ourselves,” Jessica said “I feel like I walk around with so much more pride in who I am as a woman and I got to do it with my best friends. We got to discover what life really is and what life means.”
It has definitely given her more confidence:
As far as outwardly, I definitely carry myself differently after experiencing this. There is something unique about myself that I am proud of. Any man that I find, they are going to be darn lucky.”
She also shared her thoughts on plastic surgery:
“I am not against reconstructive surgery if it is for a woman to have more confidence,” she says. “If that is truly the reason, I would support it.”
It really sounds like it made a huge impact on her outlook on the world and herself. I’m looking forward to checking this series out!

All I can think of when I see her picture is DESPERATE, PATHETIC and IMMATURE. She should stay out of the public eye for a while.

the price of beauty is often a little bit high for women.
but that can be worthwhile if you find the proper way.
I think the girl in the picture is beautiful and sexy, thanks for the nice sharing.

She’s so beautiful

Ummmm, you are not pretty
I am not against reconstructive surgery if it is for a woman to have more confidence,” she says. “If that is truly the reason, I would support it.” So that must be the reason her sister with no talent had her nose, lips and chin done.
I honestly don’t get why everyone begrudges Ashlee for her surgeries? It’s nobody’s business. It’s her body and if she wasn’t happy with it – big deal.
She looks amazing!
I will definitely be tuning in to this show!
I prefer her with no makeup I think
Beacause the fake B went to a magazine interview a month before her face reconstruction surgery–saying how she was said to have “had it with Hollywood’s twisted view of feminine beauty” and girls should be comfortable the way they are–then her spook father said it was for breathing problems. She is a fake processed “celebrity”– she is a lying, pathetic, ugly loser that needs to go the f away. The fact the she is idolized on this site is an insult to women of class and real talent.
Feeling a little sensitive Vedder?
I like her shoe line

I’m also looking forward to checking this series out, it sounds good & different from the “Hills”,”City” etc.
