Gwen Stefani Goes To Babies R Us With The Family

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale took their sons, Kingston and Zuma, to Babies ‘R’ Us in Van Nuys and brought along a little help. Wouldn’t it be great if we could all have a nanny accompany us on errand runs? Ahhhh – a girl can dream!

What do you think about the fact that Gwen BLEACHED the majority of Kingston’s hair? I actually know someone who does this to their 2 year old boy.

aww leave the kid alone, let him just be a kid! kids dont care what their hair looks like. or they shouldn’t anyway

  2. Scruffy says:

Bleach is sooo harsh, and I don’t think it is appropriate to bleach a 2yr olds hair, but hey thats just me, just seems a little off to me, like he would care!!!

there is 2 of them and 2 kids. they are hardly out numbered. why the hell do they need a nanny

Now this is a family that I don’t get tired of hearing about – they seem to be the real deal!

I once knew a mother who had her son’s hair permed. But I still thought it was weird.

  5. KissKiss says:

A perm?! Well, that is kind of weird.

When I was Kingston’s age, my mom would braid my hair, so I ended up with these frizzy ‘curls’ :)

i have to say – it is so sad that people like gwen and angelina do this to their kids at a young age…doesn’t it say – wow your hair was not good enough, and you have to be in the public eye looking cool…why start so young…

  7. lis says:

No, what it says is that the little kids want to do something fun. For a while I had pink hair and a couple little boys I spent a lot of time around (ages 4 and 7) thought it was SO MUCH FUN. Their momma was very excited to help them dye their hair. They thought it was great. And by the time it grew out, they were on to something different.

i get that – i have purple in my hair…but chemicals in kids are – harsh11

  9. OutInLeftField says:

She bleached his hair? Really? Isn’t that a little harsh (chemically) on such young hair and skin? If that’s true I just lost a little respect for Gwen.

  10. Ninni says:

I’m a little hesitant about coloring the hair from a very young age too bc of the chemicals, and how it affects, if not your body or anything that serious, at least your sculp in some ways (some might develop allergies or become sensitive to shampoos etc), and the hair that is to grow. I started dyeing my hair when i was 10 or 11, and i kinda felt like there was no going back, the hair was never the same somehow, well i’ve had periods of not dyeing, but the original color never seemed to come back. That has to do with aging too i guess. So though i’m not against coloring your hair, i’d wait just a bit.. But not my son.

  11. YAYI says:

Oh please, im sure she doesn’t used the same bleach she does on her hair. I’m pretty sure that she won’t do anything to hurt her children in any way.

    lol bleach is beach!

  13. lilstinker says:

I think bleaching your childs hair that young raises them to be superficial. it says, your looks are so important, I dont care that you’re 2, your hair will be like mommy’s. stupid.

  14. audrey says:

There are tons of stuff you can use to color your hair that doesn’t involve chemicals. My daughter and I used Kool aid and there are vegetable coloring, food coloring and lemon juice.

  15. James says:

Yes, I am certain the parents used the harshest chemicals they could find so they could completely bugger up their son’s health, sounds eminently reasonable.

How many of you would have the same reaction if you saw him eating a burger and fries? Myself, I’m all for moderation in all things so occasional junk food is fine, but this slaying of celebrities and losing respect and judging them when in truth you know nOTHING of their real lives – and when you yourselves do things that would have other people criticize you, for everyone does, gets old really, really fast. I hope it makes you feel self-important, because it only makes you sound small.

    Kingston is one gorgeous kid.
