While walking the red carpet doing her press rounds, Ryan Secrest asked Miley Cyrus to address the recent engagement rumors that have been circling the web. You know… because she wore a ring on her ring finger. That automatically means a girl is engaged right?

Well, naturally – the teenager shot down the rumor saying she bought herself the ring and there is NO engagement.
