Remember when Lauren Conrad talked about one of the things that upset her while doing ‘The Hills’ was that the producers invited Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt to her birthday party? Well, now Lauren’s no longer on the show, so she controls the guest list, thank you very much.
Which means Heidi, Spencer, and Audrina Patridge were NOT invited.
“Heidi, Spencer and Audrina simply weren’t invited, but why would they be?” one partygoer tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively. “Instead, Lauren wanted to celebrate with the people she loved.”
That included boyfriend Kyle Howard, Lauren “Lo” Bosworth, and ‘The City’ star Whitney Port. Well, it was her birthday.
Lauren’s birthday cake sparkled: literally.
“The cake was in the shape of a giant chocolate-ycupcake with real live sparklers! It was super cute,” the source says, adding that when the dessert was wheeled out, “Lauren immediately called for Kyle to come over and stand next to her while she blew out her candles!”
Cute! There was only one slight glitch…
“As the bash was winding down, people were leaving and trying to take bottles of liquor with them. Let’s just say some were successful and some weren’t!” chuckles our insider.
LOL! Sounds like Lauren had a fun birthday. I’m not surprised Heidi and Spencer weren’t invited, but what about Audrina? Sounds like their “friendship” was for the show.
