Lauren Conrad sat down with Fox Five and opened up about living in Hollywood, promoting her new book and being a designer.
What’s this book about?
It’s a story that’s told over three books. So this picks up where the last one left off.
How much of the book is based on your life?
There are things that could happen. I think that after living it for the last two years I have a pretty good idea of what’s realistic. It was fun to write. There are things that happen in Hollywood.
Do you put pressure on yourself to reach the same level of success as your first book?
I do. You don’t want to put that on yourself. But we are trying to be positive.
What’s it like to do meet and greats with fans?
It’s amazing. You’re there for a couple of hours and it flies by. Everyone’s so excited to be there. It’s really good energy to be around.
Be sure to watch the rest of the video to hear Lauren’s full interview.

The first question of the interview was “What is it like being you”. I hit stop right after that. Ridiculous. I don’t think there was any real interview there, just a little azz kissing.
Well, you got farther than I did. The only time I didn’t mind Lauren Conrad was when she did a voice on “Family Guy.”
They showed the wrong magazine clip at first! Heidi’s magazine instead of Lauren’s. LOL.
I don’t believe she wrote it herself.
