Charlie Sheen's Court Hearing Results

Charlie Sheen was due in an Aspen courtroom today to find out what charges would be filed in the Christmas disturbance that lead to his arrest. Three counts were filed against him: felony menacing and two misdemeanors: 3rd degree assault and criminal mischief. His next court date is March 15.
The judge also agreed to change the protective order so Charlie and his wife, Brooke Mueller, can contact each other, but he's still not allowed to drink alcohol, harass Brooke or possess firearms.
Do you think the judge will drop most of the charges in Charlie's case?

He's "still not allowed to harass Brooke?" He shouldn't have been doing that in the first place! I have absolutely no respect for him.

I think he does deserve jail time this time. You can't take a knife to someone and just get a slap on the wrist.
The judge should castrate him. Or is that too harsh?
