Did you catch Megan Fox’s Super Bowl ad for Motorola? According to some reports, she used a hand double for the close-up of her hand. Here’s what one person noticed:
“Did anyone else catch this? I couldn’t help but chuckle when they showed a close-up of the Motorola phone and the hands holding it were definitely not Megan Fox’s.”
Megan reportedly suffers from a genetic condition called brachydactyly, which means she has clubbed thumbs. Here’s how a hand surgeon described the condition:
“Literally, what it means is short finger. The nail of the thumb in this condition is often very short and wide. It is usually hereditary.
You need it to be able to touch the other fingers and it is important for pinching. In Megan Fox’s case, it appears that only the last bone of the thumb is affected and that it does not involve the joint. For her, it looks like it’s just a cosmetic deficit.”

seriously she looks weird can’t put my finger on it…it’s like her nose got to thinned out or ?? she is pretty but, somewhat unnatural looking…check out boutique to you on the web there is a model on there that looks like her..but in a better natural way…btw, to much hype on megan and she can’t even really act…she should play pocohontas or sacajawea (sp) you know where you don’t have to really talk..hehe my bad!

Ok maybe it’s bc i’m a straight woman, but i don’t think she looks hot in that bathtub, not even that beautiful. So to me this ad is pointless.. But i do acknowledge her ability to look great with proper hair and make-up.
I want to specify; of course the main focus is the product, not the spokesperson, but what i meant was that i find this ad over the top and stupid.

ever since they pointed that out, it seems like she’s always biting that thumb. but yeah, i guess you have to be paying close attention to notice that’s not her hand.
