Gerard Butler Organized Jennifer Aniston's Birthday Celebration

Guess who is responsible for Jennifer Aniston's birthday celebration in Cabo? Her 'The Bounty' co-star, Gerard Butler.
"He said to me, 'You come to Mexico all the time and Mexico is really hurting right now because of the swine flu and the drug trafficking and all of this sort of stuff but it’s not all of Mexico,'" explained Aniston. "These people survive on us coming down and spending money and coming here to these beautiful places.
"It sort of made sense to sort of say ‘Hey, let’s help out Mexico,'" continued Aniston. "Let's shout out to these kids in Tijuana at El Faro and you know, have a big…that's sort of our birthday celebration this year."
Giving back while sunbathing in luxury? Sounds like a winning combo to me! So what exactly is the nature of Jennifer's relationship with Gerard?
"We just had so much fun together [working on 'The Bounty'] you know. He's just fun. Gerry's the most unpretentious guy," elaborated Aniston. "He's a guys guy, but he's absolutely the most lovely and sort of self-deprecating and just what you see is what you get. We look at work the same way…we always had each other’s back."
This must be some friendship for them to be vacationing together (along with other friends :).
So how does Jennifer feel about turning 41?
"Thirty-one, pssh. It's quite lovely I have to say. 30 was a hump but you know 31 is fabulous. It really does get better doesn't it?"
With that body, Jen, you should be PROUD to say you're 41! LOL
Do you think a romance is brewing between Jennifer and Gerard or are they just good friends?

i love that Jen vacations together with her best friends and her love interest. she must really appreciate her friends input, what better way to get to know a guy than having your friends there to help you see if the guy is worth your time.

I think her publicists are trying to work in a romance to generate interest in the movie they did together.
I bet Gerard didn't say that cos it will have made him so stupid and contradicting since he is telling others to donate to Haiti...
How is she giving back by going to Mexico to celebrate her birthday?
LOL.....thats what I would like to know!
and she WISHES Gerard was really interested in her......lol

Dear Gerard Butler. You don't have to buy me a trip to Mexico. But if you could just jump out of a giant b-day cake, that would be awesome!

I'd say they're probably dating. they walk red carpets together, vacation together. sounds like more than friends to me.

Sounds more like a publicity stunt to get people interested in their upcoming movie to me... but hey, I'm no longer the romantic I used to be LOL
Where were those quotes taken from?! Isn't she still there - or just got back?
God she's gross...and desperate
They are obviously hooking up but I doubt they have a relationship. I wouldn't date somebody who makes out with random strangers. There was a small story about a possible hookup with Jessica Simpson but I don't know if that really happened. I don't get how going on vacation is charity either. Especially when it's the same place you go to 3 or 4 times a year every year.
Ummmmmm, no they are not an item
"Let's should out to those kids in El Faro?" She sounds so trite!

Aww this is cute : ) Maybe he's the one for her!
No he is not, they are not even an item
they are friends only, I hope he does NOT
get with her, he deserves much better
Jen is gorgeous and Gerard would be lucky to get with her. Their trip to Mexico helps out because it attracts people to the spot and lets them know its not dangerous to vacation there. They are also spending ollars while theya re there which is good for the economy.
