Noooo, things haven’t gone bad between Minka Kelly and Derek Jeter. Minka’s search for love is strictly work related, according to Entertainment Weekly’s Michael Ausiello. The former ‘Friday Night Lights’ star has been cast in a new pilot called ‘True Love.’
The project – produced by Matt Tarses of Scrubs and Worst Week fame – focuses on four friends looking for love in New York. Kelly will play Kate, who’s described as sweet, strong-willed, and Midwestern.
I’d need to know more before deciding whether or not I’d watch, but it sounds promising, don’t you think?
