Melanie Brown (aka “Scary Spice” and Mel B) apparently decided to try out a new look for the 2010 Brit Awards, according to the Daily Mail. It involved shaving part of her head.
Something tells me Mel B was re-thinking this in the cold light of day when she had to fly back to LA. I could see some people seeing is as edgy.
I have to say, though, I’m not a fan. I can’t even imagine what the growing-in phase is going to look like, although I guess she can comb the longer hair over it.

This is a hairstyle that screams “I am desperate for attention and will do anything to get myself photographed”.

I think it looks alright but I would have perhaps cut the rest of the hair nearer to the shoulder to make it more dynamic… maybe add some crazy colours in there.

I actually find this tyle beautiful, you just got to have the facial structure to be able to look good in this hairstyle. I know ppl sometimes view it as a sign of a pretty person tryina prove they’re more than the looks, or they try to make themselves either edgy or uglier, but it’s really, once again, just a question of preferancde. Well of course some might just try to be badass, but there’s always a few of those in any given “group”. Punkers have obviously sported this style quite a lot, but i especially like it when the whole appearance isn’t all that hard, so to speak. I think many just shave their heads all together when they want to go back to “normal”.

actually i have a friend that has hair like that… when it grows in it looks horrible!!!! but if you think it looks good.. do it to your hair.. but youll regret it. Maybe it does look o.k. on her but the growing in process looks really bad.. suit yourself
