The British tabloids were abuzz today after Simon Cowell’s new girlfriend was spotted wearing a ring on her wedding finger (see gallery). Makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy has just recently started dating Simon, but that didn’t curb the rumors. They were even noting that Simon now wanted to have kids, too.
However, a source close to Simon told E! that he is definitely not engaged.
I think the media is in a bigger hurry for Simon to settle down than he is.

I have a feeling that if that were an engagement ring from Simon it’d be a wee bit bigger and more than a wee bit shinier.
I was thinking the same thing. Image seems to matter a lot to him, and I think that would go hand-in-hand with a nicer ring.

Simon is another Clooney. He won’t get married until he’s on his deathbed and can no longer get it up.
Europeans wear their engagement and wedding rings on the RIGHT hand. It’s only North Americans that wear them on their left hand.
