Charlie Sheen’s wife, Brooke Mueller, just entered rehab on February 9th, but has left early – according to TMZ. Brooke left the facility, possibly over a leak of her admissions paperwork to the media. The papers are said to be VERY detailed about the circumstances surrounding her entering rehab.
Reportedly, she’s at home at the moment, but will be heading to a new center very soon.
The facility responsible for the leak is doing an investigation to find the staff member responsible.
I’m guessing the details are going to start surfacing any day now.
UPDATE: Brooke’s rep released the following statement: “Brooke left The Canyon for purposes of privacy, and immediately checked into an undisclosed facility to diligently continue her treatment. Her commitment to recovery and being the best mother she can be remains the most important issue.”
