Nicole Richie admits she scared passengers when she co-piloted a flight recently.
The reality TV star was allowed to take control of a private plane when she flew to Canada and while she found it lots of fun, she’s not sure others agreed.
“This past Thursday, I flew to Montreal … and by flew, I mean I actually flew. My partners, Rick and Brian, let me be the co-pilot once again on their jet!
“It was so much fun! Now if only everyone else on the flight felt the same way.”
Is that… legal? I’m sure the real pilots were right on top of Nicole.

I got to fly a plane when I was 12 or so
For a few minutes when it was in flight. The others are right – there’s not really anything you can mess up at that point.
There’s really not any skill involved when it’s in the air. My 10 year old son flew a plane with passengers last summer.
The pilot is right there and she can’t really mess anything up.
It is much fun to play in the clouds. A friend of mine used to let co pilot his Cessna 210. What a blast.
