Vanessa Paradis was snapped as she arrived at the Chanel Ready to Wear show as part of the Paris Womenswear Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2011 at the Grand Palais in Paris, France. Vanessa has reportedly been named the new face of Chanel Coco Cocoon handbags.

Did you hear the rumors that Vanessa was “demanding” that Johnny Depp back out of ‘The Tourist’ because it calls for a steamy love scene with Angelina Jolie? I’d bet it’s false – these two seem very secure and content with another.

Its not the gap that bothers me its the terrible brown colour of them. There is nothing wrong with having them whitened. She looks like a different person when she doesnt show them. I can finally understand why shes a model in these pics. She looks like a young Faye Dunaway here.

Just out of curiosity, if your child had teeth like hers it would be recommended for them to have orthodontic work. Would you decline fixing your kids teeth, as well? I’m honestly just curious and not trying to start a war. I actually am also bothered by the perfect hollywood teeth obsession but more so by the blinding fake-white aspect.

You can tell she hates her teeth…she never shows them. Why doesn’t she get them fixed?
I’m SO glad she doesn’t get them “fixed”. I hate that everyone in Hollywood/showbiz/whathaveyou all have the SAME teeth – veneered to the max. I think they are perfect just the way they are.

Nope, I’m not against straightening teeth, if someone wants to – we just got done paying a fortune for our daughter’s braces. lol

In France, they are actually called “dents du bonheur” (lucky teeth).
I heard they also mean that you’ll be fortunate ,money wise (…)
I agree. It is disheartening when it seems like everyone is focused on fixing their outsides and not their insides.
capturinglife: if my child has bucked teeth or really crooked teeth that may interfere his/her speech or eating then yes I’ll have my child go to the orthodontist to get them fixed, but if it’s just a gap (as long as it doesn’t bother them or hurting their self-esteem), I wouldn’t bother. I think sometime gapped teeth are cute.

She looks like a French (and stabler) version of Kate Moss. The resemblance was even more striking when Vanessa was younger. Johnny Depp definitely seems like he has a “type,” fine boned and delicate.
